About Ashcombe

Ashcombe began with a simple conviction: the objects we live with should be made properly. Not louder, not brighter — just better. Our first collection, three linen-bound volumes with a hidden interior, was drawn and redrawn until every proportion earned its place: the weight of the board, the depth of the gold, the quiet certainty of a closure that shuts itself.

We make things slowly and in small numbers, in materials that age well — woven linen, rigid board, antique gold. Each piece is made to hold its place on a console or shelf for years, not seasons.
